I purchased a pad pillow several years ago and the one I purchased through Walmart for my husband is unusable because there is a problem with the internal pillow structure. It does not fill the pillow case and is floppy. The only use for it is as a backup pillow case for my older pad pillow. Disappointing Christmas gift for my husband.

Items were delayed, I made repeated inquiries to seller. Items finally arrived 4 weeks later damaged, I made repeated refund requests to seller. The repeated response received from Fanci Innovations, and I quote, "OK" and that word only. waited another 4 weeks for refund. After I realized they were misleading me I reached out to Walmart C.S. Walmart finally made this situation right. Do not order from this seller. Shady business owners are not what we need in our world today.
