I ordered this item (1 of 3 items) on 10-24-23. Somehow, the "Beauty Blow Out" company mailed this to someone in Newport Richey, Florida. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I couldn't believe it!!! It took a while for me to finally receive my order on 11-08-23! If that had not happened I would have given them 5 stars. They were gracious and apologetic about the mishap. They were also kind enough to send me an extra pen which I do appreciate!
