Jto is a false storefront for US Energy who ships the product. Tradewinds and Southbeach Wholesale are all connected to the same place on EBay and have a lot of bad reviews. I bought my flag on Walmarts site hoping to pay a little more and get a better product but when I looked at the return addressed I realized I got fooled. I opened the package and discovered the same flimsy thin poorly made junk I purchased from their other sites. I waited too long to review on EBay. I would give them O stars if I could!

The seller did a great job packaging my hat so it would not get bent out of shape. That is why it arrived in perfect condition. He also delivered it fast and soon the top of my old bald head was covered like my helmet in Nam. He sells top of the line hats--no trash! This is a very trustworthy seller with an eye for detail.

Ordered two flags and only received one. No response from seller. Would've loved to receive the missing flag. However Walmart was able to assist.

Putting these in a package where they could have easily been crushed instead of a box. They were crammed into my mailbox. Other than that the seller is reputable.

I have no complaint with the seller nor do I think that the product is substandard. It is only my own concern of the design.
