The item matched its description in appearance and quality, except when it came to actually filing nails. It is simply too rough cut a surface to file without damaging my nails. Once I finished filed using this nail file, I had to resort to my old file to remove the raggedy bits and smooth out my nail edges.

This company ignored two customer service inquiries, just couldn't be bothered to reply! I find that to be rude. I don't recommend this company or their products. You can get better glass files for less money elsewhere, and with customer service that will actually acknowledge you. Very disappointed in this seller.
