i received these items as scheduled, no delays. i got them for my little dog who has blaffer problems. i love how big and heavy they are and i have had no problem with odor. the biggest problem i have is i can't tell how much it has been used and should be replaced. there is nothing to indicate where the pad has been soiled, no color change or anything. that would be a great improvement.
