The company did a good job: packaging, shipping, etc. Product just as described. If it hadn't gone to Loveland, Colorado for a week, then back to New York, and finally to our local distribution center in Kansas City, KS, it would have arrived in 4 days, instead of two weeks. USPS leaves much to be desired these days!

I purchased this item to hang in the inside window frame as I was having issues with birds flying into my windows. Since using this product, I have had no incidents of birds flying into the windows. The crystals look nice when the sun shines on them as well. They are also discreet and not overbearing.
