I took pictures... it is too big to return..I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS HEADBOARD PRODUCT..AND THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT WAS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL..IT LOOKED LIKE IT AHD BEEN USED, REPAIRED, AND RESOLD.. AND THE PAINT COMES OFF WHEN YOU RUB YOUR HAND OVER IT..

shipping was done right and even sooner than expected

Received good communication from the seller on when the order was sent out for shipping. We were delighted when we got a notice that they would arrive two days earlier than expected! The boxes were in good condition and the packaging was incredibly well done. Great service from Harper Park.

My unit was damaged by the shipping company. When I contacted the seller they provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner. I definitely recommend both their products and their customer service.

I'll start by saying that you get what you pay for. Sometimes this is a problem, and sometimes it is not. You can decide that for yourself. I purchased this desk for my daughter and assembled it personally. I'm pretty handy, so the assembly of something like this is not a big deal. However, the wood dowels that are included are just a tad too long for the assembly, and I found that they show as a slight bubble on the top of the desk. Very hard to show in a picture, but pretty obvious in person, especially with the high gloss finish. You have to be careful, or the wood dowels can pop all the way through if too much pressure is applied. As others have stated, the drawers do not have track or stops, so they just pull straight out. Ultimately, it's just not a very high quality product, but the price is right for an attractive well-sized student desk.
