Never received my order. They said it was left in my mailbox but I got nothing. Called Walmart.com since that was where I placed my order through and they just give me the run-around. I’m out $170 and have nothing to show for it. It was a Christmas gift for my husband so that is screwed up as well. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I had one shipping issue which was not their fault. They responded quickly and effectively. Customer service is important and Mantis will not disappoint. Also shipping time was quicker then promised and well packaged. I love it when a company under promises and over delivers with customer support. Thank you,
