Said product was wonderful! No idea what I was talking about! I asked to return because the head doesn’t move. I moved the batteries out and it worked. Then stopped. Put in new batteries. Not work.. This company had NO interest in working with me. All I’ve wanted to do was to buy another because she is so cute.. but not at that price. She isn’t available on Ashton Drake. Her name is Chloe.
