Product never worked properly. Person at other end of phone could hear me buy I couldn't hear them. In-line app and other apps on the phone don't work either. Bad product. I live in a remote area and couldn't just go to a Walmart for replacement. I purchased this to use on the first day of work. I lost my job because of headset issues. I've been looking for a job for 2 years and now thus. So disappointed and mad at Marketplace as this i is the 2 ND item purchased this year that's had to be returned because of faulty performance.
