Brown Box sent us a printer that appeared to be brand new, but when we went to register it, Epson said it was no longer under warranty. So was this a previous return disguised as new? We immediately had problems with this printer recognizing the printer cartridges which is why we went to register it on Epson. So, Brown Box sold us a printer with problems with an expired warranty! What good is it to us now? We returned it. Don't trust Brown Box!
