I did not receive my entire order. Online it was a 4-pack of these. I ordered a quantity of 4 (4-packs), but only received ONE 4-pack. That’s way too expensive for what I received. Nothing was stated on the order that there was a back order or credit for only sending a partial order. I’ve already filled out a rating the other day, but is a real person actually reading this complaint? There was no invoice in the box stating what was actually shipped. A dissatisfied customer would like to know.

Hello Deborah! I am so sorry! I have already responded to your email as soon as I received it but would like to respond here too. We had a new person in the warehouse and they have incorrectly read the order and shipped one 4-pack instead of four 4-packs. We can either issue a refund for the three 4-pack items or can ship the remaining 3 items ASAP via priority mail. We take our customer satisfaction really seriously and once again so very sorry for this mistake. Thank you, Jana
