Never shipped my order. Reached out to customer support left a message. Noone ever got back to me. Two weeks I was waiting for an order. shipping label was printed but these guys never even shipped the item. So walmart gets to say the item has shipped when the label is printed, they send the company the money for the order and the company never sends it out but still gets the payment. Big scam if you ask me. thanks for nothing.

They shipped my item fast enough. It wasn't that well packaged but was undamaged so no big deal. Problem was the item was open box and was missing a critical component (the power cord) there-by making it useless.
