I believe that they’re not really good because they gave me a computer that doesn’t work on top of that. There’s been a scratch. Inside the screen, and then it slow on top of it shut off and turned back on on its own.

Laptop was received on-time and was very well packed in bubble wrap. Everything was as advertised and Windows10 software loaded and functioning perfect. Refurbished but in perfect new condition. Five Stars well deserved.
