All the pieces and parts were there. The chair arrived very fast and the box was still in great shape. Easy to remove chair parts because they were cleverly tucked together and in or under the bigger pieces of chair. Very easy to unpack.

This company is not accredited by BBB. Those are thieves scamming people. I bought 2 fans on the same order together with a warranty. The Furry Fun House sent them as 2 separate orders. I returned both fans to a Walmart store in Philadelphia. The CSR didn't scan both fans by mistake. The Furry Fun House reimbursed me only for 1 fan! The worst experience possible! I would have given them a minus ⭐️ review if that's possible.
