I’m not sure why someone would ship a ceramic jar in a polymailer- but that’s the level of care that was put into the delivery of this item. It arrived in a million pieces.

21 DAYS FROM ORDER TO RECEIVED. 16 DAYS FROM SHIP TO RECEIVED. Sixteen. Days. Twenty One Days! Guess what. It arrived too late for me to play ball with my boy on Thanksgiving. Wonder how long it will take to get returned?

My husband loves this. It is very warm for Minnesota weather.

You're awesome! Not only did you have the short sleeve thermal my husband's been looking for, but I also received the package yesterday ahead of the tracking date. I would send you a photo, but my husband is wearing the thermal since the temperature outside is 25 degrees, only feels like18!

I have not heard from this seller in the 48 hours promised by Walmart. The shoes ordered for my 96-year-old father are pealing apart after less than three months. I would expect much better product quality and customer service. You have my contact information. Why have you not responded?

No communication with seller, this product is thin and very hard to use???

AWFUL!!! My order arrived on time, BUT completely broken into so many pieces because of poor packaging! Or I should say, no packaging and that's why ceramic pumpkins didn't arrive in once piece. Not too hard to think that with shipping companies and all its handlers, these would need some inner support from foam or bubble wrap to protect them! Waiting for a response from seller.

I have yet to receive my order and all it says is shipped. It’s been over 4 days from the day it was suppose to be here.
