This product is definitely not real Lancome product it feels like Elmer's glue. The items arrived not sealed or anything

They sent me waterproof - which I never use - nowhere on the description does it say waterproof

Beware of this seller ( Beauty Nova). I purchased Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer. It did not come in the typical Clinique box and it had been used. It may have been a tester bottle from the store ? I wrote them through the Walmart Customer Service process and did not receive a reply despite the online promise to respond. I sent a second query and again, no response. I decided to return it but then learned I only had 30 days to return the item instead of the typical 90 days, so I am stuck with it. Waiting for them to return communication was a mistake. I should have sent it back immediately for a refund.

The description and the communication was good but the shipping was slow, probably because the holidays.

Never have problem’s when ordering any product from Walmart.
