I had no reason to communicate with this seller, as the item arrived ahead of time and in time for Christmas, in perfect condition. (The item, a set of Minecraft wall clings was purchased for a grandchild. It was a hit and adds a nice touch to bare white walls. She put them on herself, and they clung securely yet, she was able to remove and put on in another spot. I'd describe them as a bit stickier than a post-it-note.) A Happy Shopper!

This was advertised as copper tiles, but instead came as metallic gold This is exactly what I wanted in the first place. I couldn't be more pleased with this order, even if, it might have been a mistake.
