Arrived in a timely manner. Happy with my purchase.

I returned the product at my local Walmart and received credit a week later when Walmart received it at their warehouse. The Walmart store shipped it back for free.

Items received promptly. Items may be different then the first time that I ordered

I was expecting something much bigger and even if it had been big enough there was no way to hook it up

Prompt, but slow enroute shipping. Communication not needed.

As mentioned delivery was quick and the price for 2 belts was better than most other distributors for one belt.

Item arrived covered in oily black handprints. Horrible condition. How can someone send an item to a customer like this? Unprofessional.

They got my order right the first time. Sent to the correct name and address.

The delivery was slower than usual with Walmart but probably traveled a long distance and I prefer American made products.
