After package was not delivered, customer support wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation.

No communication between the seller was required. Item arrived in solid packaging and on time, if not a few days early. Description of item was exactly as provided. I would definitely order from this seller again.

The size they say the shirts are very small for the size they are supposed to be.

i would like better if they had it in a wool or leather material

The fit is a little snug. Order a size larger than usual.

Before buying make sure you read the whole description I thought this was a trench coat
