Packaged poorly. They were packaged in a Manila envelope and the boxes of knives inside were broken open. I had to find something to hold the mess of knives. Will not be buying from them again

The delivery person put my package on the floor of a common area of my six unit condo instead of bringing it to my apartment door, or at least placing it into my mailbox. Someone stepped on it and it cracked, so I re-purchased it and this time the tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't there when I looked. This is not worth the bother; I'm purchasing from another company this third time.

I imagine that the steamer trays would work well, but if you order these and they are shipped like mine, were you will never get a chance to find out. The legs do seem to break off very easily, but there is definitely a packaging problem from Walmart.

I would like to see this item back on store shelves for easier purchasing.

Shipping is the issue: Item arrived in large paper envelope. I had to wash and dry all 100 ct plastic knives because they arrived out of its packaging. The issue could have been avoided if tape were added to the top and bottom of the product box.

We had a hard time with the anchors. They were a little too long, but just used them anyway and it’s fine.
