An email message was received when it was supposed to be delivered stating the delivery was delayed. Then on the new delivery date another message that the delivery was once again delayed. When I looked to see were the package was, I found out it was still on the other side of the country in Queens NY. I contacted Walmart for a cacelation and refund. They refused. They had the seller email me. The seller refused. I do not believe there was any excuse and received no explanation for the delays. Not the best quality.

The picture showed 4 trays the description said 4 trays. I received 1 tray. Sent the company an email and they said they only had one. Sent another email to the company and have not received a reply
