I would never buy from them. I waited over a month for my item, all the while keeping in contact with them because It was so late coming. When my item arrived, it wasn't what I bought! I bought a very detailed pudgy penguin stuffy for a birthday ( which it didn't arrive in time for) and they sent me a cheap claw machine knock off.

pretty colors and prints ... just not the size stated in add ... way smaller only 6 inch

Since it was from over seas, it took a little longer but got here ok. Any delay was due to widespread snow blizzard.

Received product as described. One of the tools pierced the plastic envelope. Would recommend shipping in cardboard. Shipping seemed to take longer than normal.

After I ordered it I was concerned that I had messed up. It's for reptiles but I wanted it as a back warmer. I just knew it was not going to be warm enough. Thankfully I was wrong, or they sent the wrong item. The lowest of 3 settings was gotter than I wanted! And it is the length of my back ... Win~Win

Never received my order and no reply by messaging. They will do a refund if I ship the socks back, the socks I never received and cannot send back since they don’t exist.

This seller is a scammer. I bought a holly silicone mold, and the description said there were 4 molds in the package. The picture also showed 4 molds in the package. I only received one mold when I got the package. When I emailed them about it, they said they apologize, but the cost of shipping was so high that I would only get 1 mold. They are fraudulent scammers.

Tree is not pre lit or multi colored. Took 3 weeks to arrive. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. Its a joke.
