Impossible to deal with. i recieved an item that was poorly packaged, broken, unusable, and is now trash. i shouldnt have to go to the trouble of returning something that will go in the trash. Yet they are giving me the run around and not wanting to make it right by either replacing or fully refunding the item.

I measured my body and based on your specs that you gave on the web site, I should have at least one size over what I need for this item. The vest is at least 2 sized small. You need to change your specs so a customer can order the proper size for their body. A good quality vest in all other aspects for a reasonable price. The size is at least 2 sizes to small.

Double check to make sure you get the right item, I assumed that it came with all the bits, according to the pictures provided. turns out you get what you pay for, that was my bad. Other than that discrepancy on my part, I so far love this item.

The concept is great but needs lots of work to make it a great product.

This lantern doesn’t light. I've had the lantern in sunlight and it doesn't light. I tried to use the battery and that didn't work either. I tried another battery and still didn't work.
