First, let me say that Walmart.com's customer service was VERY helpful! However, this 3rd party seller was less than transparent. I saw a great price for a hat so I decided to buy two. Only one hat arrived. Apparently, the sale price shown online was not honored at checkout. Although, I did not check the final details when checking out the 3rd party seller changed the terms from when I pressed "buy" to when I pressed "pay". This may technically be legal but this is less than transparent. I'd recommend NOT BUYING FROM THIS SELLER!

Two wrenches were shown in the order. I received one. I talked to a Walmart representative and she filed a report and sent an email to superior Central, she said they would contact me in 48 hours. I got a half finished email from superior Central and that was all.

Pictures and descriptions were very deceiving. Ordered the item but the item I received was barely pictured in several of the pictures of what was ordered. Thankfully Walmart refunded my money right away. Would definitely not recommend ordering this item!

Deceptive listings, must read the fine print. Advertise one particular item and must expand the description to see what you are actually receiving. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This item was not as expected and I contacted seller. They keep saying they will only give me a 16% refund. I want to return it and get a full refund. It's brand new. I have been back and forth with seller and have made no progress. I do not recommend this seller.

I purchased this item and it stated I could return it to the store. When I took it to the store, the store stated I needed to contact the seller because it was a Marketplace seller and they didn’t carry the product in store. I contacted the seller the 1st time on 5/6/25 and didn’t get a response in 48 hours as stated so I contacted them again on 5/12/25. This time they responded. Now they want me to what I feel is to jump through hoops to return an item that the seller stated could be returned to the store or for an item that is not functioning properly. I will not purchase anything else from a Marketplace seller on Walmart.com. Please be careful when purchasing from a Marketplace seller that states you can return the item to the store knowing the store does not accept items they do not carry. If I could have entered a zero star rating, I would have.
