I didnt get the item that is pictured they sent me a better one in my opinion, I still loved this product, It changed my entire perspective on steam cleaning, This was very powerful, and cleaned my walls, couch, chairs, shower an bathroom . I truly love this prouct accept for it just all of a sudden stopped working. I tried to retrurn it but it was just a few ays over the 30 day alotted time.
