the case is not as listed missing parts and not new, received it with damages due to thin mailer platic.

If you plan on ordering 2 of these, you can expect delays and then you might receive only 1 of the 2 you ordered. Still waiting on my second one. Haven't received it yet nor have I heard from them why. So be cautious before you order this product!

Pillow Ear Pads seems fine and they didn't send me the pad headband. Sent them a message ask about it and never respond.

It took a couple weeks to get my order, but was worth the wait.

The description of item was off but it was a good quality item and return was easy.

This remote light socket is just what I needed to be able to use the light above my stove. The light switch is on the hood above the part that sticks out making it very difficult for me to reach. This socket with remote works great and I’ll be able to use it on a different kind of light when I no longer have my own kitchen. Make sure you have, or order, the right kind of battery for it when you place your order so you don’t have to wait to use it - like I did.

If you need it they have it and it is so easy to shop.

Item came in a fairly quick amount of time. It was still wrapped in Thai newspaper and plastic bag. It wasn't broken despite just being in newspaper, plastic bag and packing bag.

Shipping was as scheduled. Item arrived in perfect condition.
