product box was smashed during delivery. Due to it was placed in a bag oppose to putting in box. Luckily product was not damaged. The product is awesome. Nice size and easy to pack in purse/backpack to take on the go. I like that it has a twist option to close to ensure it doesn't leak and once you roll it on, within minutes pain has gone down 2 levels.
