It is very sturdy but works better on bigger apples. Looking forward to making lots of apple sauce and canned apples.

I pucched another brand apple slicer an it fell apart every day an I couldn’t put it back together it was frustrating…

I can’t say as of yet. I have not heard from them.

Gave 4 out of 5 stars because the 36" rack i received had a nut and bolt connection at the folds which would fall apart after use. I added a longer bolt and double nutted it. Fixed the issues. The 28" rack was Hot riveted at the folds and could not fall apart. Much better system.
