Sterno

Description was wrong. My "VERY" specific inquiry about my intended use (indoor tabletop fireplace) was ignored and I think answered by an AI Bot. After two tries I gave up and am processing the return. If I could give zero stars on the rating, I would. Very frustrating. I'll be going to a different manufacturer next if Sterno can't answer my very specific question that is 100% tied to the health and safety of my family. For example, I asked "Can this fuel be used in a indoor tabletop fireplace?" - the response was "Yes, this fuel can be used to help start a wood fire in an indoor fireplace". I may not be exact with the wording there, but the intended use on the product description did not match the labeling on the product. The label states several times that it is intended for outdoor use only. Again - I'm not taking any chances.

Works perfectly. Kept the food warm. It was easy to set up and take down.

these are not 5 hr burning tealight candles. They only burn for 4 hrs, not 5 hrs.

These shipped and arrived within a few days. Delivery was delayed, but the seller notified me and kept me informed as to its expected arrival.

Never heard from the seller, so called Walmart, and nothing.

I never received product. Walmart directed me to the 3rd party delivery and they directed me to Walmart. Too difficult to resolve to resolve the concern. I communicated back and forth for a few weeks.

Couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction! Whomever came up with selling this bundle should get a raise. It’s perfect.
