Has not resolved the issues of me purchasing two laundry hampers and not receiving them. They told me that they are working on it but I'm still waiting and waiting while they send me email trying to convince me that the delivery was made even though my property is covered by video surveillance showing that no delivery was made when they claimed they did.

Shelves can only be installed one side up. It would be nice to have the lip up to stop things from rolling off. Otherwise, very handy.
