Horrible! Vendor only had return window of 2 weeks instead of the normal 30 days. When I couldn't test item out due to ice / snow and tried to return (because it didn't work with my Nest) they refused to refund it even though it was less than 30 days. No sense of customer support. No mention that they had a different return policy than all other vendors on Walmart. I double checked emails and order and NONE had any notice that the policy was DIFFERENT. Only when you go to webite %26 try to return did it have that information. It was not a high priced item but horrible customer service with this. Buyer beware.

This was my first order from this company. I was looking for a smartwatch that is compatible with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Even though I had never heard of Amazfit before, it checked all the boxes. I received it quickly and it was so easy to set up. The customer service is great- very responsive and with adequate follow up. Highly recommend.

I had ordered two of the same items, one was cancelled by them. I reached out via phone, left a VM, and never recieved a call back. The reason stated via email was that I had an invalid address, which makes no sense as I recieved one of the ordered items. The one product was delivered timely and in perfect condition, as described. Had there been any call back or a valid reason for the one cancellation, this could have been a five star review. Customer service was lacking.

We were not aware we were buying something from a third party and not Walmart. Could not figure out why we had to wait two weeks to get our new vacuum. We do love the vacuum however.

The seller had good communication, although their messages went to my junk mail folder. I ordered a watch from them and I received an open box watch with a Target return sticker on it, it even had a target customer service phone number on the sticker. It’s my belief that they purchase returned items at a discount from other retailers and resell them through Walmart. They did offer a small discount, but I did not trust the quality of the watch.
