Item came when they said it would and the item was well worth the cost. My reduced star rating is due to the fact that they have yet to respond to my plea for help. Of course it's my own fault but It would have been nice to have received an email saying "sorry bud, it's on you". Please note: I ordered another tape anyway.

This is an amazing ruler! I would highly recommend purchasing for all your measuring needs. I do a lot of crafts and wow this came in handy many of times. I continue to use almost everyday!
