I ordered a 1000 dollar inflatable hot tub, and received the 500 dollar cheaper model, AND it shipped from Home Depot. I feel there was something fishy going on. I will pay closer attention to reviews of sellers, as this one is questionable.

The shipping company they used was a company I will never use. Not only was it super confusing tracking, it was confusing saying I needed to schedule a delivery time when I didn’t. I even worried the shipping company was a scam because there’s no way to call them. Then, when it actually showed up, they accidentally dropped my package off the dolly at the bottom of my driveway, yelled a few curse words, looked around to be sure no one saw or heard (my neighbor saw ANd caught it on camera) , and then just left it, easy for anyone to load up thinking it was free for the taking. No way I’d be able to park anywhere when I got home, and no way to get out of my vehicle to easily move it out of the way since it was super heavy and big. I even emailed them and never got a reply. Other than the shipping company this seller uses, everything else was great.

I ordered the pool 3/31 and have not received it yet, it’s 4/26.
