The power adapter included with the laptop did not match the device. In addition, every time the laptop reboots, it wipes saved files and pictures and starts up like a fresh system. This makes it unreliable for regular use.

This Pc online cannot be reached by email or phone calls. They must be scamming Walmart and customers. Very difficult and I never resolved with them. Do not buy from them.
