Title: New Cables, Wrong Connectors — And the Seller Is Making the Fix Impossible I ordered two brand‑new 25Ft CAT8 cables, and while they were new, the connectors were not standard RJ45 and would not fit any of my equipment. This was a manufacturing issue, not user error. When I contacted the seller for a replacement or refund, instead of helping, they started giving me the runaround. I’ve had to deal with delays, excuses, and a lot of push back just to get a simple replacement or refund for something that wasn’t my fault. A seller should stand behind their products and resolve issues quickly. Instead, they’ve made the entire process frustrating and difficult. I would be cautious buying from this seller based on my experience.
