Received a damaged item - one of the tabs on the side of the shoe, that the shoelaces thread through, broke immediately upon trying the shoe on right out of the box, so now the shoe cannot be laced or worn properly. Couldn't process the return online and walmart "customer care" stated they could not send a return label and that the item had to be returned to a walmart store. This after the item could NOT be purchased via store pickup, but only through delivery to home address, and now cannot return via mail. Frustrating and will never buy from this seller again - extremely poor product and customer service.
