Did not send what I specifically ordered quantity 1 item Bona AX0003470 Hardwood Floor Wet Cleaning Pads 12 Pack Each Notice the item number is AX0003470 - that is NOT what was sent! Please send me this item number - AX0003470 - it’s in a bag!!    

I returned my item right away to my local Walmart as I ordered the wrong size. I got a notification that it was delivere to the seller on September 23rd. As of October 15th, I still have not received a refund on my credit card.

If I could give zero stars, I would!This is the WORST seller I have even dealt with. From false advertising to no communication He advertised 10 oz pkgs of licorice-only sold in cases of 10. I bought 1 case at $26.94 I only received one 10oz pkg %26 was charged $26.94. SCAMMER!! He would not answer ANY of my requests for the remainder of my order or a refund. I went to customer service at a Walmart store for help. They gave me a return label, but couldn’t refund my money. I had to go through the fraud department of my credit card to get my money back. In reading other reviews (after I got scammed) it looks like this seller has a habit of doing this to customers. Lesson learned—read reviews before buying!! BEWARE—DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

I would leave zero stars, but it's not an option. I ordered two 12-packs of canned dog food for $45.77. I received two single cans. I reached out to the seller and provided the information they asked for, including pictures of the packing and the receipt. It's been a week, and I have heard nothing back. I've tried following up, but still no reply. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund from Walmart. Clean and Hardward supply is a scam.

Honest, sincere seller!! Immediate response. Had a minor issue with the product and he/ she handled it with such immediacy and respect. I am a devout fan. Seriously. Thank you!! Phil

I ordered this pan. they sent me a much cheaper pan. will not give me the pan I ordered. they will not refund my money.

Scammer alert! Creates false info pages, then spends a month promising refund that never comes. Avoid this seller like the plague!

I asked to cancel this, and was told I would be contacted. I wasn't. The items shipped anyway.
