This vitamin D is a very high dose. It helped me to increase my vitamin D levels. It doesn't have oil so you have to eat fat when taking it to increase absorbtion.

These vitamin B12s are excellent. They taste good actually and don’t leave an aftertaste like some vitamins can. I take them per doctors instructions and bottle instructions. I buy them from Walmart, and Walmart helps keep me straight on what brand vitamins I buy regularly. They also allow you to have them shipped on a regular basis too.
