These vitamin B12s are excellent. They taste good actually and don’t leave an aftertaste like some vitamins can. I take them per doctors instructions and bottle instructions. I buy them from Walmart, and Walmart helps keep me straight on what brand vitamins I buy regularly. They also allow you to have them shipped on a regular basis too.

These fast melting tablets taste horrible! I am going to end up throwing them away.

I bought this for hubby. He said it helps his mood and hair growth.
