My shipment was lost by the carrier. The photograph of the delivery location was very obviously NOT my home. When I reported the issue to Copper Moon Coffee, I was connected with customer service representative Hillary. She was so kind and understood what happened when I provided her with photos from the delivery and of my home's entryway. She arranged a replacement shipment which I received very quickly. Excellent, friendly customer service, excellent product!
