Box arrived in very bad shape. Tears in packaging, box not sturdy enough for weight of contents. Also delivery service did not pay attention to fragile note and delivered upside down. This was a gift and so I did not open to see what was happening on inside, just noted that it wasn't leaking which was a good sign. When gift opened it was not the green bottles ordered but clear bottles, which I could have gotten from another supplier at a substantially lower price!

The product was delicious and that no doubt is more than five stars. however, the shipping and the time that the order was sent out was longer than expected and when I did get the product it was all broken apart in pieces to my dismay.

Correct product, very timely but it was 12 loose cans in a box and a couple ended up slightly dented

Sent well packaged to protect fragile crisps. Good value for product and shipping.

The seller was wonderful. They communicated with me throughout the entire mess of a process which was awful because of Walmart. Becro Food and Beverage Inc was a pleasure to deal with.

I received the incorrect item. This may not be the fault of the seller and rather the marketplace, but I have tried to remedy this through three different channels, none of which I can get ahold of a person or any useful system to rectify the issue. I am sending back this item, which was incorrect and of the incorrect count, and hoping at least I can get a refund.

Ordered glass bottles of mineral water via Walmart.com. Ordered August 8. Update on August 13 said delayed. Update on August 20 said item damaged %26 returned. No communication from seller or from Walmart. Walmart website gave instructions for getting a refund but then eventually said I had to call their 800 number to get a refund. Representative asked me three times if I was calling for a refund, even after I explained that I never received my order. Then I waited on hold for 10 minutes while she got approval for the refund. But she was polite. Otherwise this was a very bad experience. Seller should package their products for shipping much more safely and securely. Seller should also contact the buyer when a shipment is returned or fails, and should make the effort to provide the refund. Why should I be forced to spend my time fixing someone else’s mistakes? Obviously this seller does not seem to be looking out for the customer.

Came perfectly packed with little chance to leak or break. Arrived timely.
