It seems like the seller knows the watch is unreliable. They include a letter that tells you the watch might need to be reset and how to do that. Which did not work. They also did not respond to my email.

We only had one issue with the watch which was the little rubber piece that holds the band onto the watch broke. I contacted the seller via text and they immediately got back to me. I provided my order number and they sent a replacement right away and even addressed it to my daughter so she would be excited to get something in the mail. Amazing service! Thank you!
