I have one of these and I love it. I bought two for Christmas gifts. They were not packed well and just came in a plastic bag instead of a box. The big box they arrived in was leaking packing material. The product would be better if the came in individual boxes. Gifts were received by happy ladies.

It was the worst experience ever the pots and pans came in damaged. I called the company that manufactures them. They told me it was a Walmart issue. Walmart told me they couldn’t I would have to mail back first the damage set before they would mail me a new one which means I wouldn’t be able to cook. I will never order again through the Walmart website and I told people I know to not do it either

Unfortunately, I waited too late to put my order in for this and I wanted it by Christmas. The order was destined to arrive by 12/23, but then got bumped back to 12/22. I was very pleased with the 23rd and to have it by the 22nd made me that much more hopeful. Regardless, the pan arrived by the date I was hoping for. Its in great quality, no issues with the box/delivery/etc.

We are very disappointed with the skillet. It started out by sliding all over my smooth cooktop which is annoying. Then it warped on bottom so it wasn’t even anymore. I’m 63 yrs old, we don’t cook too hot or throw hot pans in cold water. Anyhow I’m glad you asked because it was thrown away last night. We won’t purchase that brand anymore.
