Everything went well, Shipping was timely, item arrived in new condition, no complaints. I should have read a little more closely about the item. I'm not sure it will survive any rough handling. I'm used to Corningware's quality and this item is not up to that standard.

I have one of these and I love it. I bought two for Christmas gifts. They were not packed well and just came in a plastic bag instead of a box. The big box they arrived in was leaking packing material. The product would be better if the came in individual boxes. Gifts were received by happy ladies.

It was the worst experience ever the pots and pans came in damaged. I called the company that manufactures them. They told me it was a Walmart issue. Walmart told me they couldn’t I would have to mail back first the damage set before they would mail me a new one which means I wouldn’t be able to cook. I will never order again through the Walmart website and I told people I know to not do it either
