My box was NOT properly put together and taped so when it arrived it was smashed and open! It came with it written on the shipping label... box opened! I am very lucky that I got the product because the box was NOT even able to be taped back because it was NOT properly lined up when it was taped together on the bottom. I am lucky I even got anything in the box and they could have lost it or returned it to sender! The box did NOT fit the product, much larger box without using any packing material, very shocked it came without being broke into 50 pieces. Also, it ONLY came with 2 brown round pieces supposed to come with 3 and have no clue what they are for! The directions did NOT explain what they were for. I put it together w/out using them! Also, very hard to get temptation cat treats in it and my cat got frustrated and just gave up I couldn't even get the treats to come out using the largest opening. Also, other cat treats are this exact same size so it is just sitting here...
