worst flowers ever. they showed up dead and as if someone threw them or just grabbed the worst ones

Mom was pleased with the flowers, but they arrived a day late. When purchased online I designated the date to deliver but apparently it was not recognized.

This was my first time purchasing roses online, I'm not sure I would do it again.

They did not send me the bouquet that I wanted, they also had mold

The flowers were beautiful and lasted a week . I would definitely use them again . The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it was one day late.

You won’t get a response for issues with online orders. I left a message and never received a call back.

Need a way to include a message or note with order

I did not like that I was told they would arrive a day later than I needed then after I asked to cancel I was told they would arrive on time. I know things happen however if you are shipping someone’s order late you should notify them BEFORE you ship it late to give them the opportunity to cancel and still be able to get what they need elsewhere.
