I didn’t communicate with them. I can’t remember how long it took vs how long it was supposed to have but remembering it was more than 2 days. When I received my detergent, it was spilling out into the box. I would’ve sent it back but I had already waited long enough and needed to wash clothes. Poor packaging. If you are going to send something like this in the mail, it needs to be more secured in box.
