The item was fine, but the seller first sent the wrong item, and then tried to argue that the replacement that I had paid for already counted as a warranty replacement. I had to get Walmart involved to get a refund on the mis-shipped item.

they suck. customer service wasnt helpful and he didn't even try to fix it or offer an alternative route. i dont think they responded to my last email

Not worth it. Hand crank. Seller impossible to get ahold of to return product %26 Walmart at 1st wouldn’t accept return. After a month of no response from fho to my multiple inquiries a was able to get ahold of a very nice Walmart employee %26 he gave me the refund.

Couldn't communicate with vendor because of no listed contact number.

Got the trap two days earlier, happy with the purchase.

The Seller said return to Utah for refund - Freight to return is more than the refund for the Item- Seller won't allow return to Walmart store - - - Walmart should not be engaged in business that do not permit returns to the store .
