We ordered this December 3rd. It was supposed to be here Dec. 11. No one contacted us about anything. I have been talking with Walmart about a refund as to no communication with seller. Spoke with Walmart again today, they were initiating refund and then today also we get an email saying massage chair had been delivered. IT HAS NOT!! This has been an awful $1200 spent. We feel scammed.
